Everyone was accommodating and extremely friendly/helpful. Cory was the best, he kept me abreast with my cars status during the time it was getting fixed and quickly informed me when it was ready for pickup. The Caliber Collision team go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I also want to thank the detailer for making my car spotless, they went a step further and buffed out scruffs on my dashboard that came from my windshield cover. My car came back spotless and looked as if there wasn't an accident. I recommend them through and through!

My rep was incredibly helpful. He truly listened to my concerns and made multiple efforts to be supportive of my needs as a customer. He and the gentleman who showed me my car on return and also the ladies at the counter were all very polite and highly attentive. And my car was done when they said it would be, was done well, and was even cleaned, which I was not expecting.

Super fast service, my car was even ready a couple days earlier than expected. They kept me updated via text messages on the progress of my repair and coordinated with Enterprise Rental Cars to be there to pick me up to get my rental car when I dropped off and I was conveniently able to leave the rental at their shop when my Trailblazer was ready for pick up. Very, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I highly recommend this AAA approved shop! My car is beautiful again! Perfect color match too. 🧡 😊👍🏻 Thanks Caliber Collision!
