I would rate my overall experience a 9/10. The only reason it wasn’t a perfect score was because I noticed a small paint scratch near the passenger-side taillight upon pickup. It’s a minor detail, and I’m confident I can likely buff it out myself, but I did want to mention it as part of my overall experience.

Caliber Collision was very thorough. I took my car into the shop within a minute. Corey advise me of the work that will be done within days. My car was done. The dent was removed. The car looked like new and Corey guided me every step of the way about my car and I really appreciate that.
