I cannot say enough good things about Alana and the entire team at Caliber Collision in Cape Coral. They absolutely overdelivered on my expectations, both in the quality of the repairs and in how they communicated with me throughout the entire process. Alana was extremely detailed and professional. She took the time to go line by line through the repairs and explain exactly what was being replaced, repaired, calibrated, and why it was necessary. What impressed me the most was that she truly advocated for me as the customer. There were times when my insurance company questioned or hesitated to approve certain replacement parts, but Alana did not simply accept that. She explained to the insurance company why the part needed to be replaced and supported the repair decision with the proper information. In the end, she was able to get the necessary part approved and replaced. That meant a lot to me because it showed that she was focused on making sure the vehicle was repaired properly and safely, not simply doing the cheapest repair the insurance company might have preferred. She was also very particular about the finished product. Even when the vehicle was almost ready, she noticed a couple of areas in the paint that she was not completely satisfied with and had them corrected before releasing the car to me. That level of attention to detail says a lot about her standards and commitment to the customer. If you have been in an accident and need collision repairs, I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision in Cape Coral. And when you go there, ask for Alana. She will do what is right for the customer and make sure the repair is done correctly. In my experience, she fights for the customer, not the insurance company, and that is exactly the kind of person you want handling your vehicle after an accident. Five stars for Alana and her entire team of technicians. They truly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Great job, Alana and team, and thank you again for all of your hard work!
