I dropped vehicle off on Thursday 10am and I was kept updated via text. I was informed the next day my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup. The work was perfect and the girls in the office were pleasant and did everything for me. I didn't wait long for the adjuster to look at the vehicle and my rental vehicle was ready within minutes of arriving. I will go back should the need arise ever again.

You took more than a month to fix my car, and I am not happy at all of the repair quality

-I am not happy at all with the service that you provided me, - You changed the date of delivery of my car like three times I waited more than a month to get my car back, When you finally notified me to pick my car up, my car had some parts loose and some others were not replaced (Anthony Suarez your service advisor had agreed to replace them in a previous conversation), I had to take my car back to the shop for you to replace the parts and I notified Anthony about a weird sound like if some metallic or aluminum part is loose and is hitting against other part when I go more than 40 Miles per hour and Anthony told me that they did not hear any sound but they moved some aluminum part to see if it solved the problem and he gave me my car back.. Now my car is making the same sound even at lower speed, I noticed another sound too it is like a click when accelerating from a stop, and my hand brake light is going on and off too? I am feeling insecure driving my car after you fixed it because you did not fix it well.
