An improvement in communication. We were given an appointment but when we got there we were told that it had been cancelled. We were not given a call or email heads up. In fact the email was wrong and your agent should have received a delivery failure. After our complaint telephone call, our service dramatically improved and the result was very good. The truck looks like new. Sharon from Caliber was very polite and respectful.

The texture and paint color do not match. I understand it is difficult to match road pebble undercarriage, but this is very eye catching. But everything else was a positive experience.

My car is not completed. I feel it is a poor job and body shop has agreed to give it another go. I always attempt to let someone correct their work. I will full out survey upon completion of repair

You guys were great getting my car back to me so fast. The original estimate was not to be completed until the 18th but it was done on the 12th. Paint looks good, body work looks good, great job by everyone involved.
