I was contacted by text messages the repair status of my car throughout the time my car was being repaired. My car was repaired almost a week earlier than predicted. My car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. All of the employees were kind and helpful.

Ali did a great job keeping me informed of the progress of repairs. At time of picking up my vehicle there was chipped paint and scratches in the area of repair. I waited while he had the scratches buffed out and the chipped area painted

My was there due to front end damage from an accident how is it that I get a call stating my engine light is on which it wasn’t on before they received my car the guy David said after he took it for a test drive it popped up so I had to buy a new battery.

My vehicle was dropped off the 20th of October, due to front end damage from an accident. I didn’t receive my car back til November.11th, during them having my car I was contacting them consistently speaking the a guy name David, he constantly stated he’d call back never received call backs, I had to call him. Was consistently getting excuses to why my vehicle wasn’t ready. I get a call stating my engine light is on mind you it wasn’t on before they received my car. I had to purchase a new battery so they must have kept my vehicle running or something because David stated after he took it for a test drive it popped up. Mind you still no good communication, I had to contact GEICO to call them so I can get full information about what was really going on with my car.
