My overall experience with Caliber Collision was moderate. I was told by Ricky that I could come to pick up my car, but when I arrived, I noticed that my bumper was still not fully assembled. Additionally, the paint on the car did not match the original color. When I mentioned this to Ricky, he explained that the difference in paint could be due to sun exposure changing the color over time. I asked him to let me know the specific paint color they used so I could provide them with the correct color for my car. As a result, my car was delayed by a day or two while they had to repaint it and fix the bumper. Communication is crucial in these situations, as people have their own lives to manage. Being told one thing and then finding out that the work is still incomplete was very frustrating for me. It seems that better training may be needed to improve customer service in this business.

When I came to pick the truck up, it made a loud clunking sound from the front left side where the repair was completed. The sound was not there upon delivery. I was afraid to drive off the lot and returned it back for what caused the problem or for fear the wheel might lock up while driving.

They kept my car for 3 weeks, a week longer than they assured me. Further, my dashboard lights don’t come on anymore when I’m driving at night now. It’s completely dark when I’m in drive mode. It only comes on in park. My lights were fine before I dropped the car off. The body work looks great however.
