Check in person failed to document some areas on the vehicle that needed repairing, and when I noticed they were not repaired and alerted her she became very aggressive and argumentative. I did not engage in the argument and just continue to restate that there were still areas that need repairing.

Left Enterprise rental car at your facility and Enterprise informed me the car was damaged when they came to pick it up the next day. The car was not damaged when I left at it at your parking lot, yet I am being found liable.
