Let’s say paint looks ok There are tape residue line marks and sand paper scuffs that did not get painted on the small panel near window so it’s visible every time you open door . after many many car washes it’s still looks bad Second there were white powered dust finger prints all over my center console and a panel by my seat belt from someone being nosey in my car

My car was at your location prom September 10 - October 4. We had to initiate too many calls to the shop regarding the status of the vehicle. Upon arrival, I still had to wait beyond closing with my small child with limited communication regarding the delay. I understood that my service advisor was off on my pick up day but the pick up process took too long. All of the items that were removed from my center console were left on the seat of the car. Because those items needed to be removed, seemingly a little effort could have been made to place them back or at minimum bagged them up or ask me to come and remove them.
