The service was professional and efficient! My car looked brand new upon the completion of the repair. They even went BEYOND my expectations by washing my vehicle after repairing it. I had great communication from Sheldon who kept me abreast of what was needed, the progress, and the date of completion. They even have warranties for their services. I was picked up from the shop to get my rental car during the wait. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision for anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. They treat you as if you’re ROYALTY!!

Went I first dropped off my car I explained to Ms Chavez that my enterprise rental was ordered on the other side of town, she reached out to the local Enterprise office and had my rental switched to have the rental sent to the Caliber office.Mr Shorter kept me informed with every step of the repairs that my car went through. The entire staff was very professional. My car looks like it was never damaged.
