This shop is poorly run 5 days for 11 billable hours. The person on the desk has very little people skills, with an attitude like they wasted to be doing anything else but taking care of customers. Shop not prepared to be a full service shop they had to out some a part of the job. A shop that it ready would have people on staff to do the work, out source is just another way to upsell the job. How do the customer even know this was done, or you guys just got paid. This shop is very poor on customer service but knows how to up sell, 5 days for 11 billable hours, please show me that in the labor book. Just a bad experience. I hope you will take a look at this shop. I will never use them again and will question Geico about its use also. Just terrible.

The check that worked on my vehicle was very pleasant and the overall outcome was very well done. The only suggestions I would make are that communication was a little sporadic and not always clear and there was a nail in my tire that was done at the facility and I had to have repaired immediately after picking up my vehicle. Beyond that O would recommend Calber.

David Johnson explained what was going on with my Lexus and what he had to do to repair the damage. He did a fine job repairing the damage on the rear bumper and he made sure that all the sensors were working properly. Mr.Johnson informed me that the car was ready to be picked up, but he had to order some clear coating for the bumper.and that order come from Lexus and it would take additional days to come in so he advised me that I can pick the car up and he will get in contact me when the clear coding is ready.

David my representative did an amazing job repairing my car! He communicated clearly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car looks brand new you can tell he really takes pride in his work. He completed the repairs in a timely manner and even washed and cleaned my car afterward. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. I left feeling happy and completely satisfied. I highly recommend him! And this location.

This was my first experience with Caliber Collision and from the very beginning the customer service was excellent. The front office receptionist was professional, knowledgeable and polite. David was professional, friendly and transparent concerning the repairs to my SUV.. His work was amazing. My SUV looks brand new! His attention to detail is excellent. He didn’t over promise but certainly delivered and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
