I was so nervous about my car and the repairs that needed to be completed. David walked me through everything that would be done and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Even when my completion date was pushed back twice, he provided peace of mind and kept me informed about the additional repairs. I’m beyond grateful that I have my car back and it looks perfect.

I was very impressed with the exceptional customer care provided by David. He kept me in the loop with updates on my car, often and with detailed progress along the way. David was so exceptional, I’d recommend he be promoted to a position in management. Had I not had the type of customer care provided by David, I know the time spent waiting for my car to be ready would have undoubtedly been more painful. Please consider having David train others on his technique for interacting with your customers to guarantee a positive experience for all.

Ali was very professional and made sure that I had updates on my car throughout the process. When I returned to pick up my car, not only was it back in perfect shape, but they even washed it and cleaned the inside. That’s top-notch service!! Transportation was arranged to and from the car rental office so I had nothing to worry about.

I had a wonderful experience with Calliber Collision. They called Enterprise to pick me up to get a rental. Ali made sure that I received updates about my vehicle throughout the process. He was professional and went beyond the call of duty by washing and cleaning my car. My car looked as if I was picking it up from the dealership! I was truly impressed and highly recommend Caliber!

From the first day I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision I was treated special, as if I was their only customer.
