Working with David was certainly a pleasure. He did an excellent job of explaining things keeping us up to speed on what was going on. It was an easy repair. Also, the young lady at the front desk was so personable and so patient and sweet. She is a wonderful employee. I would certainly recommend caliber if anyone ever needs repair work done and thank you once again to David. he was very patient.

I would have liked to have gotten a ding fixed while my car was being repaired as well. Other options beyond ventless ding repair were not discussed

I have referred my daughters and couple friends over the Caliber Collision in Carlsbad specifically to the Avenida Encinas location. Great service with kind and professional people as well great job and quality work from the entire team.

Caliber Collision is very effective communicating with us in every step that was taken with the repairs process. David, told me what the plan was for the repairs and how long it will take for the job to be completed. He honored his word of keeping us posted as soon as things were completed and or parts arriving. He asked for my preference for contacting us. He asked if I had any questions as well to contact him during the repairs with any questions or concerns about the repairs.

The receptionist was very prompt greeting me when I arrived. She asked me a couple questions about my appointment and asked me to take a seat and someone will be shortly. David came out promptly to take care of me. He even remembered me from 2-3 years ago that I had come to the shop for another job.
