I would have appreciated more attention to detail, as I can clearly see that you got my name right for the survey, but not for the paperwork, service and certificate came out with ex husband name on it. I don’t know where the confusion was, since the survey has my name as the one the check in, but the warranty certificate and invoice has a different name. Repair related, everything was satisfactory, very helpful staff
