Car repairs took way longer than I would have expected for the minimal damage sustained. And in addition went multiple days past that expected date. Vague updates “going well” , “moving along”. Makes me think repairs weren’t started for many days after I left the car. Lastly, when I pick up my car, the Leather on my steering wheel was damaged. Gouged and scratched and feels weird under my hands. It was not like that when I dropped it off. Can’t say I would voluntarily use Caliber Collision in the future if given the option. Was used because of insurance/USAA relationship.
