There seems to be a lack of quality control. I’m not sure if a manager looked at the car before I picked it up and in the future they probably should. It looked like sloppy work. Then after I got home, I realized that there was no weatherstripping in the back window and of course it rained that night and water got in the back so I had to call to make an appointment to get the weatherstripping put back on and on top of that the door handle on the driver side stopped working and the driver side door handle had nothing to do with the accident, so clearly somebody who was working on the car, pulled too hard and broke it. It’s unacceptable. so I’ve had good experiences with caliber in the past but this one was not a good experience.
