When picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the front license plate was still bent. My expectation was that it would be part of the overall repair work and, only when picking up the vehicle, was advised that bending the plate would not work. The overall work completed was very good but this is one area I would have liked to know more about when dropping the vehicle off.

Was informed that the vehicle would be ready on 2/16/2015 . Then on Friday afternoon 2/13/2015 I was informed that the vehicle was ready, however Caliber is not open on the weekends and closes at 5:30pm on Friday after I get off work. Consequently the vehicle was not picked up until Monday. However the insurance company would not reimburse the rental car costs that were incurred after the "revised" last minute completion date. This personal expense would have been avoided if Caliber had kept me informed in a timely manner.
