Your service was exceptional. Staff members were cordial, well informed and professional. This included the office staff, the shuttle driver Chewy and the car specialist, Melissa Ferguson. Communication was prompt, clear and concise. Our car was completed on time and functions like new. Brava! Well done.

From the ease of scheduling my initial estimate, to booking the drop-off date (took a couple of days because you guys were so busy - but my car did not need immediate service so it was fine), to the Front Office staff all being as nice as can be, to the cute text updates I received, to Andrew J. the Service Advisor, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, correctly, quickly - ready 4 days AHEAD of schedule! - and even made sure my car looked better when I brought it home today, than it did before the accident! I would not reccomend Caliber to anyone because of the length of time it took and the lack of contact from them.

The repare quality was good except that you did not notice that wheel needed to be replaced as well. Had to bring it back again. It also took a very unreasonable amount of time for it to be repaired.

The front desk is not trained on how to access what should be information that is easily accessible. I asked if my insurance company had sent the check and they didn't understand how to look that up. They said that Melissa would have to call me back. This is information that should be at their fingertips. I was a bit annoyed that I dropped my car off and they couldn't give me this information. I asked them to not start the work until this information was confirmed. So, I left my car there not knowing if the check was received which left me feeling uncomfortable. Melissa called me back later to confirm the check was received.
