I would give a 10 but I noticed a spot that was chipped on the fender that I don't recall being there befor.the chip is right on the edge where the hood meets the fender.

I had been to caliber collision once before and the CSR, who helped last time had extremely poor communication skills and never kept me in the look about my car I had to call more than once to get an update.this time however my CRS did a fantastic job at keeping me in the loop and up to date with my car all the way through the process.
