To begin with my name is NOT Bruce Donaldson! My name IS Sabrina Michelson, the victim in the collision, the driver of the vehicle, the person who brought & picked up the vehicle to/at your business, & completed a form that made it abundantly clear who was to be contacted with respect to this vehicle's repair, etc. and, yet for some reason Bruce continued to receive calls & even this survey comes addressed to someone who is NOT your customer! In addition, the rear license plate holder which was broken in the accident was reattached (I would think you would want to replace it with your advertising?) & a "courtesy" repair was overlooked until I arrived to pick the vehicle up; all of these things, which require "attention to detail" make me question the quality of the repair work I cannot see.

The women at the desk need to use better eye contact or greeting when people come into the office. After the initial conversation, everything is great ... but I felt like an intruder when I first walked in.
