I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of work and frequent updates on the progress of my repairs. It made me feel very much in the loop and took away any concerns I may have had about using Caliber. All of the staff members I met were helpful, friendly and professional. I received my car back in beautiful condition, beautifully repaired and cleaned inside and out. It was a wonderful experience overall - over and above.
