Service Advisor David McNamee provided me with regular updates on the status of my repair and was able to return my car to me ahead of schedule, which was a tremendous blessing. Upon its return, the car had been washed and it looked terrific.

Everyone at the Carlsbad location was extremely helpful and very professional. My contact (Mike) kept me totally informed on a daily basis as to the progress of my repairs. Better yet, the repairs were completed two days earlier than originally promised. Kudos to all the employees
