Caliber was very professional and very detail oriented. They made sure all parts ordered/delivered to be installed were exactly the way they were to be. My car is 100% like it was prior to the accident. It looks great and has no rattles or problems from the accident. Mike Plaza, Service Advisor at Caliber is Great! He's very Gracious, Patient and Hard Working. He makes sure things are done right. He's a good communicator, keeping you apprised of your car's status during repair. Caliber Collision has a Lifetime Warranty on all work completed by them-I really like that, Great Policy! When I told my friends I was going to Caliber Collision for the repair all of them gave their approval. Most of them had used Caliber Collision in the past and will use them again if needed-Just like me.

I was going to give a 10, but rear left turn signal was broken that was discovered the same day that I got the car back. I asked if signal and light were checked , and was told yes. I think you guys should have demonstrated everything working to me while checking out
