My car wasn't repaired completely when I got the text that it was ready. When I arrived to pick my car up I was advised to inspect my car with Tyler? And upon inspection I noticed the area where I was hit wasn't replaced and still had scratches. Tyler acknowledged the issue and was willing to fix it. I had to return a week later for them to fix the mistake and the guy had it done in 2mins. ( I was very happy with that because I really didn't want to sit and wait long) They also gave me a small gift card of 30$ for the trouble. The work was a job well done the only thing I would say to anyone getting their car repaired anywhere not just caliber is take your own photos and go over the work to make sure nothing was missed. I would use this company again and they give a lifetime warranty on their work.

Besides the workmanship, the ladies who are at the desk when you call or come in know who you are and it is obvious that they know how to treat customers. Nick was very helpful as well as courteous. He thoroughly explained what was to be done and went over the repairs with me when I picked up my Forester. A good experience.
