I’ve had 2 incidents where I had to use the help of Caliber collision, and I have never been disappointed. Never would I wish for someone to be on a car accident, but I can trust them blindly to get the work done.

Repairs were done in such a way that it doesn’t even look like my car was in an accident. I really appreciate the work that the technicians did in order for my car to be back up and running again. My only comment is that when my vehicle was ready for pick up, it still had some marker leftovers from the areas where the repairs were needed, and a piece of my dashboard next to the steering wheel didn't fit correctly because it wasn't installed properly. However, before I drove off I told one of the agents and had it fixed in no time. No big deal, I was grateful that it was an easy fix, just maybe have a little more attention to detail. Despite that, I’m a 100% satisfied with my vehicle and repairs done. Thank you.

I can’t thank you all enough for the impeccable service and support while having the first car incident in my life. Front desk made it like 1,2,3 but the best part was Nick. He messaged me with every step of production and other little things I don’t think of. When I got my car back. It was spotless and the damage looked like new! Props to the company.
