Castle rock team was great. Dropped car off in Lakewood with an appointment and evidently they did absolutely nothing with my car in a week. I could have had my car a week longer. No reason for them to not work on my car in a timely fashion when I had an appt

Had great customer service from castl rock location but dropped my care off in Lakewood with an appt and nothing was done with my vehicle for over a week even though it was a short simple repair. It was then sent to Castle Rock and things were good from there on.
