My car had some scratches on the driver side that I pointed during the estimate. I was told they could be buffed out free of charge. Upon receiving the vehicle the main work was done, very well I might add, but the scratches remained for the most part. I asked the tech and was told they tried to buff it out but the scratches were too deep. I would have appreciated a phone call telling me the problem and given a chance to hear a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, all I have is some touch up paint.
