I would be very likely to recommend this repair shop to friends or family. The repair quality was excellent, and the staff were consistently helpful and professional. Ben kept me well informed throughout the process, and Steph at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Overall, the experience was smooth and very positive.

My cars alignment is very off I have an injured arm so it has made driving my car pretty difficult I find myself fighting the car to keep it going straight it pulls badly toward passenger side the side that had the repairs I was told it had been aligned during the pickup

I love Caliber Collision in Cathedral City. From the moment I called I spoke to Miguel who was extremely kind helpful and patient and when I took my car in, they were all very personable helpful and kind. I would recommend them to everyone. My car was there for Monday and I picked it up Friday and it looks amazing. They did a wonderful job. Thank you Caliber. I appreciate you. I will definitely recommend you your number one in my book. Above and beyond, from the receptionist who did everything for me including returning my rental and finding the garage door opener I left behind, to Ben, the auto body surgeon who repaired my darlin Crosstrek. I thought it couldn’t be saved but I just got it back all shiny and new. He gave me frequent updates and even finished a day early. I highly recommend this shop and would send anyone/everyone I know there. Thanks! A 10 for sure.

I think it starts with when you first walk in and you greeted by Steph and Ben. They are friendly, accommodating and generous with their explanations. During the process, Ben would update me and on the day I was going to get my Subaru back he called. Let me know what was left to do and that it would be ready on time. What I didn’t know is that it would be ready early. Ben even helped me move my belongings from the Rent-A-Car to my Subaru. The experience was less painful because of Steph and Ben.
