Everything from start to finish was Lacking in customer service care and quality of paint.

Car was not cleaned very well it had some type glue on the rear trunk area repaired , l asked them to clean it. There was dirt in the paint on the rear bumper requiring it to come again to have corrected (should’ve) been done better the first time. The car had tape adhesive on the doors probably from masking. I believe Mike the manager said they didn’t have proper supplies to detail the car right. Why ??? I have been a 5x customer of caliber collision and this has been on going poor quality for me 5x its time for me to find a better repair facility that can deliver results not excuses. My car was (4) days old handed over to them and they were completely aware.

No this shop a previous allstate representative help me to get the previous warranty claim number. This shop was no help.they could.have look up my vehicle in their system but didn't offer to help.

Return vehicle to shop. That is 53 miles one way, lft front splash.guard was not fastened with clips, the splash guard got a hole due to tire rubbing, more I at the this is my last visit to this Allstate approved shop, never cleaned out engine for on sandi g duus.I had to clean it. I fastened splash to prevent further damage request pictures from Allstate claim #.0307442657 Very disappointed, zThey do not care ask to get other repairs done I was denied.
