The repair process took a longer time. I think the calibration is not perfect. I am thiking of taking it back there because at times whenever I am driving the dashboard light goes off. It needs to be recheckef. This never has happened prior to the accident.

Very customer driven don't remember her name the young Spanish lady in the office I'm sure was the boss she spoke with authority and whipped the gals and guys in to shape had a very commanding damener about herself commanded attention when speaking very nice I might add the workers I could tell held the utmost respect for her I will be returning to this shop if this type of service is needed in the future I felt like family while here and will be recommending to friends and family if they need work done AAA service in my book thank you caliber for treating me as so

I like that Caliber regularly updated me on the status of the repair of my vehicle. The personnel were always courteous and professional . Finally not only did they repair my vehicle meticulously, but they also cleaned my wheels and hubcaps and the car.

Jackie, Chris, and the rest of the crew at Catonsville Caliber Collision are a world class team. I can't speak highly enough of their customer service practices, kindness, and communication. I had brought my vehicle to them for warranty repairs after having a lot of difficulty with a different location in Wichita Falls, Texas. Jackie was quick to recognize the challenges I was facing and advocated on my behalf to get the repairs done right. At first I thought they did a great job but the car was not running right. I thought it needed an alignment. When I took the car to the dealers they found that a bolt was not tight and the axel could have broken off. The dealer tightened the bolt and now it is driving well. I know mistakes happen but that could have been a costly one.
