Workmanship is excellent. Impressed with how clean the car was. Very good communication. My one bad impression was that it took a month for you to discover that the car needed a part that took another month to get in. All total, the repair took 3 months. Discovery of that critical part should have occured sooner.

Staffing was polite and professional at all times. Repair was completed quickly and efficiently. Being able to return rental vehicle at Caliber and pick-up my own is a plus. I only recommend, if a vehicle is dropped off fairly clean in the inside, then I would expect the vehicle to be returned just as clean. Maybe shopworkers should consider placing disposable seat cover or floormats inside vehicle, so that owner don't see mud or dirt over fairly new leather interior. But I'm still overall satisfied with the exterior work on vehicle. Thanks team!
