The housing over the driver’s side front tire was damaged when it came loose from the front fender cover and was simply put back on with a large hole in it. Geico states that it was not included in your damage report even though it was clearly damaged when the fender cover was pushed back

Wheel well cover on driver’s side simply fastened back in place without repair or replacement. Caliber claims that damage to the covering had nothing to do with accident however replacing the fasteners would indicate that the damage was related. I was given no chance to talk to adjuster or dispute the repair before it was completed. Very disappointed in both Geico and Caliber Collision.

Estimate process was thorough but I was required to sit through the same lengthy process when I was scheduled to drip my vehicle off for repairs. I chose not to sit through another lengthy process and question where the data from my original visit was.

Though most of the waiting time was on the shipping of replacement parts, my car looks as good as new and the communication was stellar! There was no confusion between me, my insurance, and my car rental. I can’t imagine it having gone any smoother.
