I was satisfied very much with the scheduling and initial visit however when I went back simply to drop off the vehicle the woman at the front desk, who clearly had no clue what she was doing. Said I couldn’t just leave the vehicle and someone had to come out to reevaluate it in case there was any further damage which I’ve never had to deal with before. I sat there for 20 minutes until I left my keys on the counter because nobody came to help me. I was just dropping the car off. I didn’t need to speak to anyone
