The service technician was a really nice guy but the repair work was sloppy. The car was returned without checking whether or not the replaced wheel hub matched the others, none of the door locks worked, no repair was made to the dented surface under the drivers side and the inside of the passenger rear door required the application of touch-up paint to cover the bare metal that the spray missed on the opposite side of the door. In addition, I was told that our windshield had to be replaced because it had been cracked by the mechanic when removing the fender.
