Big shoutout to the CALIBER McKinney Hwy 380 Team. Recently had my rear bumper repaired. Excellent workmanship. My biggest concern was with paint match, CALIBER got it spot on. The bumper looks like it came straight from the factory, and you wouldn’t know it has ever been damaged. Repair was completed quickly, backed with a lifetime warranty. You know what that means, they stand behind the quality of their work. I also appreciated regular updates via sms and calls. I’m impressed. Alan was super attentive and detailed, he treated me with respect and I appreciate him , I hope you give him his bonus and if possible a pay increase. Nowadays most shops or mechanics treat women as if we don’t understand what we are being explained and I never felt that way with Alan. He was organized and kind. You were superb Alan!

The car was also washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Felt like I was getting in a new car. Brian, the GM, was our main point of contact and he was fantastic. 10/10 will be back again.
