"I was not satisfied with my experience at this location due to the poor quality of the workmanship and the way the situation was handled after the issue was identified. To be fair, the shop did acknowledge the problem and agreed to repaint my vehicle, which I appreciate, but that is expected since the work is guaranteed through my insurance. However, the overall handling of the situation and the quality of the final work still did not meet a professional standard. When I initially pointed out the paint defect, the solution presented was for them to pick me up and drop me off while the vehicle was repainted. That was not an acceptable option. A customer should not be inconvenienced in that way when the vehicle is being brought back due to a repair that was not completed correctly the first time. I also had to personally contact my insurance company to ensure I received a rental vehicle. The shop initially suggested that I simply use Uber instead of providing a rental. That is not a reasonable solution when the vehicle is back in the shop because the repair work did not meet quality expectations. When the repaint was finally completed, it felt rushed.. The focus appeared to be on minimizing the cost associated with the rental car rather than ensuring the repair met a proper quality standard. If the goal is to avoid unnecessary expenses, then the workmanship and quality control should be handled correctly before the vehicle is released to the customer the first time. Even after the repaint, the finish still was not perfect. There is a noticeable buildup of paint in one area that should not exist on a properly completed paint job. If the repair is being paid for, whether through insurance or otherwise, the expectation should be professional workmanship and proper quality control before the vehicle is released back to the customer. I have used Caliber Collision before and had a good experience, but I chose this location because it was closer. Unfortunately, the craftsmanship and attention to detail at this location did not meet the standard I expected. For transparency, I have also documented the paint defects and the repair process with my insurance company because of this experience, I would not return to this location or recommend it to others."
