After dropping my car off, I never heard from anyone. I get a link to track the progress but there were no updates. I get a text about the status but when I text back with questions, no response. No one explained the estimate to me or what to expect. Or anything. Literally didn't hear from anyone again about the damage to my vehicle.

Miss Priscilla is very nice and kind. She makes your visit welcoming whether that’s in person or over the phone. But overall the staff that I did come across were very honest and explained everything well and I was given 2 weeks before I would get my car back and got it back in 5 days. Very prompt and they did a great job. 💯🙌🏽😊

Crash Champions in McKinney was fantastic particularly Sorosh. He was fair with the quote, explained the details, and followed through to ensure the job was done right and on time. No surprises. They have a good relationship with local car rental companies which made that very convenient to pick up the rental car from their location.

Junior was very much on top of everything! Kept me updated and aware of everything that was being done! Great job Junior!! As the owner of a couple businesses i can honestly say that if I had a couple employees that communicate with clients the way Junior communicated with me through out the project I would have more free time and peace of mind!!
