We had a great experience with this repair shop. From the beginning, the entire process was handled professionally and with genuine care. I especially want to recognize Anthony, who worked with us throughout the repair process. He did an amazing job, was extremely patient with all of our questions, and took the time to explain everything to us clearly. What really stood out was how consistently he followed up with us and kept us informed about the progress of the repairs. We never felt like we were left wondering what was happening with our car. After being in an accident, dealing with insurance and car repairs can be stressful, so having someone like Anthony who was patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful made a huge difference. He clearly takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. Our car looks great, and we are very happy with the quality of the repairs and the service we received. We truly appreciate Anthony and the entire team for making a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this repair shop for the excellent work and customer service!

Very good work from Caliber! Right from dropping off, to estimates to delivery, everything was handled just perfectly. Thanks to everyone at the Celina Caliber facility, especially Chad who gave daily updates and provided great insights. They also worked well with the insurance and did not overdo anything. Customer service overall was excellent. Minor hiccup with the completion estimate texts though. I’d prefer a more conservative estimate and assume it’ll take longer vs a potential earlier time that has a lower chance of being met. The estimates also shouldn’t default to 30min before closing.
