Tony went above and beyond during my repair experience. I came in after an accident to get my car repaired, and when I got it back it looked absolutely amazing. What really stood out was Tony’s incredible attention to detail and customer service. He didn’t just handle the repair process, he also took the time to take initiative and offer to change the battery in my key fob, put on my new license plates, and even fixed a tire setting for me. Those extra touches made a huge difference. From the receptionist to the service team, everyone in the office had an amazing attitude and level of service that was welcoming and positive from the start. The entire experience was truly next level. Tony’s professionalism, care, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process smooth and stress free. I really appreciate everything he did and highly recommend Tony and the team at Caliber Collision in Celina.

Communication was poor. I was told that I would be informed of all work that would be performed but I wasn’t told hntik repairs were finished. I was told my truck was ready and I got a ride there only to find work still needed to be completed.
