The quoted repair time was not accurate at all, I was quoted one week and ended up being two. I was very clear all the areas of the vehicle I wanted worked on and rep did not listen. When rep August made aware of mistake there was no apologies just the rep acting like I never told him about it. When the car was finally finished, the rep acted like he didn't care at all by not thanking me for choosing caliber or for my business. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Will defiantly not be coming back or recommend to others. The work on the vehicle appears to be done well, time will tell, shame the workers at the location will ruin any repeat business. I don't want to talk to August again, if any rep calls me I request a manager.

The communication between myself and the shop was quick, efficient, and easy! Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner! I have always known I would get excellent service from Caliber and refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else!! P.S. The vacuuming and car wash before pick up were also greatly appreciated!!!
