From start to finish the process was seem less, timely and professional. They even went out of there way to deliver my car (earlier then projected I might add) to my home after I had a conflict arise. Highly recommend!!

Caliber did an excellent job on our our car. We found one small issue with our incredibly difficult to match paint. We pointed out the issue, and they immediately, without hesitation or debate set to making it right. We are so pleased with not only the workmanship, but also the professionalism, and excellent Customer Care we received from everyone we encountered at Caliber, that we’ve already taken them another shucked in need of repair.

August Sicat Is a total rockstar! He took the very first phone call when we contacted the new store when we found out it was finally opened close to our neighborhood. He made the whole process very simple from phone call to appointment to pick up. He kept us informed along the way. He even went out of his way to buff out a few additional scratches that were identified along the way that were not part of the original claim. We would definitely come back and this was a pain-free experience.

Was not notified my car was transferred to a different facility, only update I received was a call stating vehicle would be ready 3/24. I asked for a separate estimate for painting the the door handles - never received. Headliner retaining piece was left in cup holder.
