Well, there was no answer for almost. Just a bit upset that I was told the car would be ready on Monday and kept waiting for a call that I can come pick up my vehicle and I got the call 20 minutes before the office closed.

I brought my car here specifically for the Xpress service, expecting reliability, but you failed to meet the deadline. This caused significant issues for my plans to pick up an important guest. Communication was also poor; even though I reached out, I received no updates. I was forced to take my car back incomplete and had to waste more time coming back two days later to finish the job.
