Jaryus and Aubry were both super friendly and provided a great customer experience. Jaryus provided updates throughout the process, and explained things so there was not confusion. Aubry from the get-go made getting the car in on short notice easy, and was understanding of our situation. Other caliber shops wanted us to wait up to 2 weeks, and the Celina shop made it happen much quicker on our schedule and overall made the process easier than anyone else was willing to do.

Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. The office was very clean. The ease of the rental car process was amazing. Jaryus is very kind and professional. He went out of his way to let me know my car was ready (on a Saturday!) so I was able to pick up my car four days early. Please give him a raise!
