The level of communication through the process was completely unexpected. Even when issues occurred delaying completion I was notified promptly on the reason and the updated completion date. Very happy with the overall experience

I believe the one thing that I appreciate the most is the communication from Calliber about the progress estimation of when my car would be completed with repairs. In addition, their staff was awesome. They made the transition of dropping off the car, driving us to the Rent-A-Car place to pick up our car. It made that transition process very easy and convenient.

We recommend Caliber all the time.. just fantastic company and employees. The service managers who manage everything are the best and really care and go out of their way to do a wonderful job and make it as least traumatizing as possible, knowing that you have just been through a traumatizing accident.

Aubry was wonderful, great communication. Unfortunately the quality inspection lacked this requiring some rework prior to picking up the vehicle. All was resolved, just would have expected that to have been identified prior to coming and getting the vehicle.
