I am giving you 8 because within 5 days my car steering stuck when i changed the lane. Sometimes it’s stuck steering for seconds.. I feel so scared on the freeway. Is there anyway Someone take look bumper looks like the calibration not working properly. I hope you understand. Always respectfully, DipeSh

Roberto Garcia was very helpful with everything on repairs to our Camry. The car was going to be ready to pickup around 5pm on Friday, but we were not going to be able to make that time frame so he came in on Saturday morning to let us get the car. I did see other customers there to get their vehicles or drop them off after we got to the shop, but still on a day that you are normally close was very nice. AutoNation Toyota sent us there and if we need anymore repairs (hopefully not) you will be at the top of the list!! Thanks again.

I really don't see how the customer service could have been better. Roberto was outstanding with his communication and Daphne at the front desk was so helpful. When you walk in and see her, you know things are going to go well. They returned my car in the time that they stated and did everything they said they would...and then some. I'm very pleased. They turned a bad situation into something good.
