Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent workmanship. Very nice result. Minor concern about being kept informed about the status progress. I usually initiated the call about how it was progressing. Also, minor oversights required me to return the vehicle for correction

Number one, the estimate was $1000 lower than what caliber charged my assurance company. I asked several people and they said they never heard of that happening. Next, they put a door on the car that had a dent in it and didn’t know it, and when they went to put the molding on, it didn’t fit so I was held up for more than two weeks. Other than that, everyone was very polite and courteous to me.
