I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the repairs in the Chadds ford location. It seemed like even though Nissan kept sending the wrong parts to Caliber that there wasn’t a lot being done to ensure that the right person got sent, it took more than a week to figure out how to get the right part. Customer service was great and I felt like I was able to call to get an update but the update was the same just about every other day. I got a text that the car should be done by end of week on sept 3 and didn’t get my car back until sept 18. When I got my car back there was an obvious issue which would’ve been known as soon as the car was driven. I didn’t trust that a test drive was done as promised and that made me feel very unsafe driving. When returning my car to Caliber in Clifton heights it was found that there was damage to the right tire and it need to be replaced. I was really confused and concerned as to how that wasn’t found the first time when in for repairs. If alignments and parts are being replaced AND there was significant damage to the car why wasn’t a full check of the car done? I have been really pleased with Caliber in Clifton from a previous repair and their communication and customer service but the situation with how my repairs were taken care of in Chadds ford really worried me. It made me question if my car was really taken care of and repaired with high standards. I appreciate The customer service I received and helping with what I needed I just hope in future repairs there is more careful consideration and attention to detail in regards to the Chadds ford location.
