Was told it would take 3 working days. Turned out to be one entire week. I also requested some little extra painting jobs to be done that But I was going to pay separate from the claim which were not done.

Andrew kept me updated throughout the process so I was kept in the loop. He also arranged to have the car towed to my house, since I couldn’t get up to the shop due to coronavirus restrictions. That was very convenient and I appreciate it.
