Apparently there was some pre-existing damage on one of the pieces of the car that needed to be repaired. If that had been brought to my attention I would’ve paid separately to have that repaired also. But I didn’t notice that until after I had the car home.

I was consistently told the car was ready , to then be told it wasn’t. That something didn’t work. I was promised the car on 12/31. I called to verify. The man was rude and said”listen to what I am saying, your car is on the tow truck you will have your car today. I called caliber in Washington Avenue. They put me on hold and called chaddes ford who verified the car was on the tow truck and on the way. So I returned the rental and waited an hour at caliber on Washington Avenue. They then were informed that the car was still not fixed and wouldn’t be for another week. Caliber on Washington Avenue paid for a new rental. AND MY HEADRESTSAND SPARE TIRE ARE MISSING. Chaddes Ford has them and won’t return them!

Had to wait a long time for a part to be shipped from Germany and Caliber covered the cost of my rental car for 5 days. My vehicle looked brand new after the repair. I appreciate the attention and time that they gave me.
