At least they had the decency to come clean and say that they sent my car to another shop entirely because they were overbooked. But it came back and now it has a little crack in the windshield, and for some reason they did an alignment (which doesn't make any since because none of the damage was related to the wheels) and now something is all messed up with my back tires! They said sorry and offered to help fix it but then didn't have accommodating times to get the work done plus now I don't want to take it back to them! I run 3 small businesses and my schedule is nuts :-/ I haven't had time to go fix it yet and this sucks :-(

I could get an appointment ASAP. Nice to have entreprise pick me up for a car rental. Kept me posted on changes in dates for the repair. Terabyte explained briefly what was done. Minivan came back clean. Work looks really nice. Thank you!
